Corollary to our duty of fidelity to the cause of our client is our duty to serve with competence, diligence and zeal. No less than our entire devotion to the interest of our client and the exertion of our utmost learning and ability are expected of us to the end that nothing can be taken or withheld from our client except in accordance with the law. Client’s interest should be upheld in all aspects and the same must be upheld in accordance with the existing and applicable laws. As Lawyers, we are bound to protect our client’s interest to the best of our ability and with utmost diligence.
